When movement is interesting and engages the mind as well as the body we feel energised, encouraged, inspired to keep moving.
Cocoon creates classes in which, with practice, you can expect to feel stronger and more flexible whilst replenishing energy and reducing stress levels. You will begin to move with a renewed sense of awareness, balance, ease and vitality.
Cocoon was established by Clare Bevington in 2014. I offer small classes for all abilities at local venues. Everybody is warmly welcomed and supported. Here are some comments from the lovely people you might meet in class.
